The 10 best companies to work for in Brazil in 2023, according to the Infojobs list

Best WorkPlaces, an award created by Infojobs, which has been held annually since 2018, recognized organizations for their work on employer branding and a culture of well-being aimed at employees. The list includes the 50 companies that best valued workers in 2023, divided into 10 segments – which include consumer goods, retail, education and much more, in addition to an exclusive category for CEOs and the Top 10 brands.

“Research carried out by Infojobs shows that employer brand awards make a difference for 98.3% of people, who say they want to work in recognized spaces. The list of the 50 best companies is based on evaluations from employees and former employees registered on Infojobs, which has millions of spontaneous evaluations”, explains Ana Paula Prado, CEO of Infojobs.

Companies receive spontaneous evaluations and are scored from 1 to 5 according to the following criteria: general evaluation, work environment, salaries and benefits, management, career opportunities and recommended company. In addition, the professional who is evaluating can also write a free comment about their time at the company, which will be available on a public page after 5 evaluations.

To ensure the veracity of the information, only professionals with experience recorded in a specific company on their CV, and registered on Infojobs, are invited to evaluate their experience at the organization, including the current company.

Everything is done through Infojobs Advisor, an Employer Branding solution, which aims to help companies manage and boost their employer brand and reputation, in addition to providing professionals with real and valuable information about the organizations’ culture. And to compete for Best WorkPlaces they need to meet two criteria: operating in Brazil and having more than 50 reviews published on Infojobs Advisor.

TOP 10 Brands

In a survey carried out by Infojobs, 70% of professionals state that they believe that the brand’s reputation among employees is an important or very important factor when accepting a job proposal, showing that when looking for an opportunity they take seriously the opinion of employees who have already integrate companies.

Furthermore, 76.2% of respondents said they consulted public opinion pages and social networks before applying for a job. More than half (62.4%) of professionals work with companies that are awarded and recognized by their employer brand.

“What the 10 best companies have in common is that they are committed to the well-being and appreciation of employees, which is why they receive the highest number of positive evaluations. The reflection of this is the prominence among professionals in the market and investors as well”, concludes Ana Paula Prado.
