Proposal ensures education and transportation assistance for TCE-MS employees

The Legislative Assembly of Mato Grosso do Sul (ALEMS) received, this Monday (1st), from the Court of Auditors of Mato Grosso do Sul (TCE-MS), Bill 63/2024, which ensures the receipt of aid -education and transportation assistance for the agency’s employees. The proposal modifies provisions of the legislation relating to the Position, Career and Remuneration Plan for Court employees.

The education aid, according to the proposed text, benefits permanent, commissioned and assigned employees, linked to the TCE-MS, who have children aged between 6 months and 10 years and 11 months. Transport-transportation aid also covers permanent, commissioned and seconded employees. Both benefits have an indemnity advantage.

The proposal adds two articles to Law 3,877/2010, which deals with the consolidation of the TCE-MS Staff Position, Career and Remuneration Plan, and revokes an article of Law 4,853/2016. This second regulation presents changes to the Plan of Positions, Careers and Remuneration. The Court sent, attached to the project, tables with the proposed values ​​of the two benefits.

The bill must be presented in the plenary session this Tuesday (2). It then goes to the Constitution, Justice and Writing Commission (CCJR) for analysis. If considered constitutional, the project will continue to be processed, with votes in the merit committees and in plenary sessions.
