Madonna in Brazil: discover the set list of the ‘Celebration Tour’, which she ends in Rio | Pop

Madonna will close Celebration Tourthe tour celebrating his 40-year career, this Saturday (4), at Copacabana Beach.

The show should last around two hours – Diplo plays before and it is not yet known whether Madonna will have special appearances. But the setlist? Not yet announced, it must follow the tour itinerary. Check out:

FIRST ACT

IT’S A CELEBRATION

The presentation is Bob the Drag Queen. This beginning of the show has elements of the singer’s hits, such as MaterialGirl It is Express Yourself.

NOTHING REALLY MATTERS

The song is from the album Ray of Lightfrom 1998, and considers it one of Madonna’s most personal – and underrated – works.

Madonna’s first single, released in 1982. In the show there are elements Where’s the Party.

Composed by Madonna for the film Desperately Seeking Susanfrom 1985, and was present on other tours by the singer.

Also part of Madonna’s debut album, it was covered by Britney Spears at some of the pop princess’s shows in 2011. It was also one of the songs on Glee.

Song from the singer’s third studio album, True Blue (1986), was Madonna’s fifth song to reach #1 on the American charts.

LIVE FROM TELL

The 1986 song was featured on four of Madonna’s tours. At celebration tour, While she sang, the screen showed personalities who died from complications from AIDS, such as Freddie Mercury. The expectation is that, in Rio, an image of Cazuza will also appear.

LIKE A PRAYER

One of the biggest hits of Madonna’s career, will be performed with elements of Let’s Go Crazy It is Unholy, by Sam Smith, among others. David Banda, one of Madonna’s six children, makes a cameo appearance.
