Acre receives more than R$3.5 million in transfers to ensure the Nursing Floor – ac24horas.com

The Ministry of Health published, this Wednesday (27), an ordinance that details the values ​​referring to the March 2024 installment of the Union’s Complementary Financial Assistance (AFC) for compliance with the National Nursing Floor for states, municipalities and the Federal District.

For the state of Acre, more than R$2.3 million is allocated. The amount that goes to the 22 municipalities in Acre totals R$ 1.2 million, totaling more than R$ 3.5 million in transfers to the state.

The Union’s AFC is operationalized by the ministry which, through ordinances, has established the necessary criteria and procedures so that states, municipalities and the DF, as well as philanthropic entities and contracted service providers that serve at least 60% of their patients through the SUS, comply with the nursing standard.

Among the municipalities covered, the largest transfers stand out to Cruzeiro do Sul (R$ 252,096.86), Sena Madureira (R$ 118,010.89) and Senador Guiomard (R$ 75,827.78). The capital Rio Branco should receive a total of R$ 13,261.48.
