– Episode of the podcast 15 Minutos talks about the request to suspend X in Brazil studied by the AGU of the Lula government

*) The chief minister of the Federal Attorney General’s Office, the AGU, of the Lula government, indicated to Minister Alexandre de Moraes that the body is considering asking the Court to suspend the activities of the social network X (formerly Twitter), or even the dissolution of the company in Brazil.

This can be done if it is proven that it prejudiced investigations being carried out at the Federal Supreme Court (STF) and the Superior Electoral Court (TSE).

This possibility was communicated in a confidential request that Minister Jorge Messias made to Moraes so that he could share with the AGU evidence collected in the investigation opened two weeks ago against the owner of X, Elon Musk, for alleged obstruction of justice.

The 10-page petition was obtained exclusively by People’s Gazette. Who sign report on this topic It’s Renan Ramalho. He is the guest on this episode of 15 Minutes podcast.
