Several parts of Natal were flooded this Friday morning (26), due to the rain that fell over the city. Some roads in the city were closed.
By 10 am, the capital’s Urban Mobility Secretariat had already registered flooding on at least five major roads in the city.

Streets in the Alecrim neighborhood were full of water. On Presidente Sarmento Street, a “river” formed. Workers also reported flooding at the State Supply Center (Ceasa), in the West Zone of the city.

Until around 10:15 am, the Fire Department responded to two incidents of falling trees in Natal, on Rua Manoel Miranda, in the Bom Pastor neighborhood, and on Rua Pedro Alvares Cabral, in Parque dos Coqueiros.
