The Civil Defense of Rio Grande do Sul received significant reinforcement for its response capacity to the consequences of meteorological events.
Starting with the donation of 11 tons of resins by Braskem, at the Triunfo Petrochemical Complex, a collaborative action involving the company, together with the industries Best Box, from Campo Bom, and Erplasti, from Montenegro, resulted in the delivery of 4,700 buckets, 50 thousand 50×80 cm plastic bags and 600 rolls of stretch film to the state agency.
These supplies will be used in operations to support the Rio Grande do Sul community in situations of extreme weather events, such as floods, floods and floods, covering activities such as cleaning homes and urban roads, transporting water and equipment, among others.
The formalization of the donation took place during an event held this Tuesday morning (02/04), in Porto Alegre.
