Monte Roraima and GAS play for a place in the semifinals of the 1st round of the State Championship

Prepare your heart, the first round of the Roraimense Championship has ended. For the third round of group B, Monte Roraima and Grêmio Atlético Sampaio (GAS) face off at 8:30 pm, this Tuesday (2) at the Flamarion Vasconcelos stadium – Canarinho, in Boa Vista.

The game will be broadcast on Rádio Folha 100.3, a good alternative to obtain real-time information for those at the stadium.

A clash that promises a lot of rivalry and balance, Only two places available for River who is the leader with 7, and Sampaio vice-leader with 6 or Monte Roraima who added 4, three teams that are deserving in the fight. For Auriverde Macuxi, only victory matters, a draw for Sampaio would be more advantageous and a victory would put Leão Dourado in the knockout stages.

In the classification zone, coach Paulo Morgado’s team has two absences, goalkeeper Mayron sent off in the last game is automatically suspended and injured striker Serginho is left out.

Undefeated like the opponent, however, outside the G2, Monte Roraima will have to expose themselves and go head-to-head with the 4-3-3, with the attackers wide open and the connecting midfielders touching. Coach Rodrigo Chagas has the likely absence of striker Daniel Arce, who was injured in the last game and is still a doubt.
