Young man is arrested after stabbing a man to the neck during an alleged program in southeastern Tocantins

Last weekend, the Military Police arrested a 19-year-old young man suspected of committing the crime of homicide. The case took place in Dianópolis.

Activated via telephone exchange, a team of military personnel from the 11th BPM traveled to a gas station in the city to verify a homicide. Upon arriving at the scene, the police came across the suspect, a 19-year-old man, who confessed to the military that he had killed the victim, a 43-year-old man.

According to the suspect, he was carrying out a program with the victim and after having oral sex on him, the victim wanted to force him to have sexual intercourse, at which point the suspect took out a knife and stabbed him in the neck, causing him to death on site.

The military arrested the suspect, who has convictions for sexual harassment, threats and damage. The man reported the location where the events had occurred, and military teams located the deceased victim inside a vehicle lying on the driver’s and passenger’s seats with an injury to the neck region.

Expertise and IML were called. The suspect was taken to the Dianópolis arrest center, where the legal procedures applicable to the case were carried out.
