GloboPlay: check out the April premieres on Globo streaming – Behind the Scenes

The month of April begins with the arrival of ‘Under new direction’, which is now available to everyone who follows Globoplay, including non-subscribers to the platform. Starring Heloísa Périssé and Ingrid Guimarães, the 2003 program inaugurates the list of titles of Rescue, Originality and Fragments Projects April, showing the mess and confusion that the pair of friends get involved in when taking over the management of a bar in the suburbs of Rio de Janeiro.

Twenty years after the separation, Laerte, who had gone to live in Europe, returns to Brazil and shows interest in Luiza (Bruna Marquezine), Helena’s daughter who has a great physical resemblance to her mother.

Another rescued soap opera will be ‘Bachelor Party’, which premieres on the 22nd. In the plot of Walter Negrão, from 1992, Pedro (Paulo Gorgulho), Pasqual (Eduardo Galvão) and Xampu (João Vitti) get together for João Marcos’s (Felipe Camargo) bachelor party. The party ends at a waterfall, where Salete (Gabriela Alves), one of the young women who was in the group, is murdered, and the four friends end up unjustly convicted of her death.

Closing the news, on the 29th it is time for the premiere of the miniseries ‘The Justice’, from 1997. In the police drama, agent Diana (Malu Mader) accidentally kills her partner during an operation. Wracked by feelings of guilt, she decides to abandon her career. Five years later, her son Pedrinho (Marcelo Lins) is kidnapped by a gang of drug dealers in reprisal for her ex-husband Rafael (Ângelo Antônio), who owes money. Desperate, she decides to return to work, this time working for a secret group to combat organized crime, in exchange for help locating the boy.
