POCO will update several devices with the new HyperOS interface in the second quarter of 2024. Now, the Indian branch has released a schedule of which models will receive the update in the coming months.
HyperOS is Xiaomi’s new interface that replaces MIUI. It is also based on Android, but promises to bring some important changes and new features that improve the user experience.
According to POCO India, the devices that will receive the update with HyperOS in the second quarter are:
One of the surprises in the second quarter distribution is the POCO X6 Neo. The intermediary arrived on the Indian market in March 2024, but featured Android 13 under the MIUI 14 interface.
To date, POCO has already released Hyper OS for POCO C55, POCO M5, POCO X5, POCO X5 Pro, POCO X6 Pro, POCO F5, POCO X6, POCO M4 5G and POCO M6 Pro. However, availability may vary depending on the country.
HyperOS aims to deliver greater fluidity and new features to users, focusing on optimizing performance and new features. The interface works as an intelligent ecosystem, bringing end-to-end security.
Last Monday (01), Xiaomi also released a global schedule of which devices from the Mi and Redmi lines will receive HyperOS in the second quarter.
