Plot details of Freaky Friday 2 were released by EW, revealing that both Anna (lindsay lohan) as Tess (Jamie Lee Curtis) will swap bodies with teenagers this time.
According to the EW report, which had access to the script pages received by actresses who applied for the main roles in Freaky Friday 2one of the new characters will be Harper, Anna’s 14-year-old daughter.
Described as “a tomboy with a sharp sense of humor, who is in a bad mood because her mother, who has always raised her alone, is about to marry a famous French chef“, the character will apparently switch bodies with her mother during the plot.
Meanwhile, Tess will inhabit the body of another teenager: Lily, the daughter of the French chef that Anna is planning to marry. Since the two families are about to join together, the girls will need to learn to live together in relative harmony.
With direction from Nisha Ganatra (Talk Show: Reinventing Comedy), Freaky Friday 2 There is no set release date yet. The original feature film is available for streaming on Disney+.
