have been approved in this Public Competition and considered fit in the medical inspection carried out by the Municipal Medical Board;
be a native Brazilian, naturalized or enjoy the prerogatives in article 12 of the Federal Constitution, as well as a foreigner, in accordance with article 37, item I of the Federal Constitution;
be at least 18 years old;
meet, if the candidate participates for access for Persons with Disabilities, the requirements of municipal legislation;
be in enjoyment of civil and political rights;
be in compliance with Mandatory Military Service or have been released from it, if male;
be in compliance with electoral obligations;
the medical company hired by the Municipality for admission medical evaluations may request additional exams and evaluations according to the need;
the costs of expenses arising from additional medical examinations requested for admission will be borne by the candidate;
the costs of expenses arising from medical examinations for admission will be borne by the candidate;
prove education in accordance with the requirements of the public position for which he/she is applying, by presenting a duly registered certificate, provided by an educational institution recognized by the Ministry of Education;
Judicial Race sheet (issued online or requested on the Forum);
judicial certificate of electoral crimes (issued online);
The candidate’s admission is also subject to compliance with Article 37, item XVI, of the Federal Constitution, relating to the accumulation of positions, employment or public functions, covering agencies, foundations, public companies, mixed capital companies, their subsidiaries, and companies controlled, directly or indirectly, by public authorities, and the simultaneous receipt of retirement benefits arising from art. 40 or art. 42 and 142 with remuneration for a position, employment or public function, except for positions that can be accumulated in accordance with the Federal Constitution, elective positions and commission positions declared by law to be freely appointed and dismissed…
