Leadership, organizational culture, sustainability and HR trends will be the central themes of RHRio 2024: the largest People Management Congress in the State of Rio de Janeiro, which will be held on the 11th and 12th of June. The event, organized by the Brazilian Association of Human Resources of Rio de Janeiro (ABRH/RJ), will be held at Marina da Glória, in Rio de Janeiro, where executives from large companies and experts will share successful practices and trends in the area.

In this edition, the RHRio Congress has a new home! Marina da Glória, with its stunning seaside landscape, is the perfect setting for professionals from the most diverse areas to meet. In addition, we will have lectures and panels with relevant topics, workshops, experiences, the LAB, meetings with authors and autograph sessions, practical cases and a lot of exchange of experiences.
