Doctor trained in Acre who killed elderly people in Mato Grosso surrenders to the police; see the moment

Doctor Bruno Gemilaki Dal Poz, aged 28, and his mother Ines Gemilaki, aged 48, who broke into a house and murdered two elderly people, in Peixoto de Azevedo, Mato Grosso, last Sunday (21), handed themselves in to the Civil Police on the afternoon of this Tuesday (23).

According to the police, the crime happened due to a disagreement between those involved over a debt related to a property. Inês’ partner, Marcio Ferreira Gonçalves, would also have participated in the crime, providing support to the group.

Mother and son were caught on a security camera as they broke into the house, firing several shots. At least eight people were gathered at the scene. Pilson Pereira da Silva, aged 69, and Rui Luiz Bogo, aged 81, were killed. A priest, who was also at the residence, was injured.

After committing the crime, mother and son were caught buying beer, water and soft drinks at a convenience store at a gas station in the city of Matupá, approximately 13 km from the scene of the homicide.

Bruno Gemilaki has graduated in medicine since 2021 from a college in Rio Branco, in Acre. Although he does not have a registered specialty, he has worked as a general practitioner in a clinic in the rural area of ​​Peixoto de Andrade. His LinkedIn profile also mentions his experience at a clinic in the city of São José dos Campos, in the interior of São Paulo.
