Charging R$ 4,300,900.00 for the construction of the annexes of the future high school in Piquiri, DSD Construtora e Incorporadora, from Sinop (MT) was the winner of the tender for the service. In the electronic auction mode – in which competitors lower their initial prices charged, until the others no longer cover the proposal – the bidding had nine other participants.
Initially, the winner of the competition was Trevisan Construtora e Incorporadora, which charged R$4,250,000.00 for the service. The company, however, was disqualified for presenting incomplete documentation. The amount to be invested in the work was 18.5% (R$ 976,593.35) below the maximum ceiling of R$ 5,277,493.35 established by the contractor, the State Government.
Cachoeirense state deputy Cláudio Tatsch, who took on the historic claim of Piquiri and neighboring communities, celebrates the completion of the public competition stage, and adds that he will remain vigilant in ensuring the completion of the work. He will now deal with the signing of the service order, in which Governor Eduardo Leite authorizes DSD to begin construction, expected to last a year and a half.
On the afternoon of Wednesday, April 24, the parliamentarian asked for the work to begin quickly in a meeting scheduled with the head of the Civil House, Artur Lemos.
The Piquiri high school, a project started in 1999, has been waiting for almost 10 years for the construction of a kitchen, cafeteria and indoor sports court so that it can then receive operating authorization. Cláudio Tatsch’s expectation is that the first school classes will start classes in the 2026 academic year. In addition to the annexes, the company winning the bid will provide repairs to the existing building, a Fire Prevention Plan (PPCI) and the installation of an elevator connecting the ground floor to the second floor.

. He also had to resolve an impasse regarding the drainage of the street on which part of the school was already built. He resolved the case by directing leftovers from Marlon Santos’ parliamentary amendments to drainage.
