The President of Iran, Ebrahim Raisi, declared that a possible Israeli attack on Iranian soil could drastically transform the situation, possibly resulting in the annihilation of the so-called “Zionist regime”. The speeches were broadcast by the official news agency IRNA this Tuesday (23).
Raisi began a three-day visit to Pakistan on Monday (22), during which he expressed commitment to boosting trade between the two countries to reach the US$10 billion mark annually.

On April 13, Iran launched a salvo of missiles and drones at Israel in response to what it said was a deadly Israeli attack on its embassy complex in Damascus on April 1. However, almost all of the projectiles were intercepted.
“The Islamic Republic of Iran will continue to honorably support the Palestinian resistance,” Raisi added during his speech in Lahore.
