Young man faints after colliding with a safety fence during a practical test for a driver’s license in Cruzeiro do Sul | Acre

A young woman lost control of the motorcycle on which she was taking the practical test to obtain her National Driving License (CNH), collided with the security fence in the yard and then passed out. The accident happened this Monday (22), in the yard of the Regional Traffic District (Ciretran) in Cruzeiro do Sul, 636 km from Rio Branco.

According to the State Department of Traffic of Acre (Detran-AC), during the route, the candidate stopped in one of the places where the signage indicated the stop and when accelerating to continue with the test, she ended up making a sudden movement, accelerating the motorcycle more than necessary, which caused her to lose control of the vehicle and collide with the safety fence around the test yard.

Detran says that as a result of the collision, the candidate passed out and was rescued by the rescue service from the Mobile Emergency Care Service (Samu), which quickly arrived at the scene, provided initial care and took her to the Emergency Room and Juruá Hospital.

According to Detran, the testing yard coordinator accompanied the woman throughout her care at the health unit. The candidate underwent a CT scan and, after the doctor verified that there was no serious injury, she received medication to contain some muscle pain and was then discharged.

“We emphasize that the 1st Ciretran Theoretical and Practical Exams Division team provided full support to the young woman from the moment the incident occurred until she returned home”, states Detran.

According to Necila Fernandes, state coordinator of the Mobile Emergency Care Service (Samu), the woman was treated at the scene with an anxiety attack, but was stable. “She refused to be removed to a hospital unit,” she stated.
