In a note, the SSP highlighted that the searches are being carried out through joint work between the Civil and Military Police, and the Air Tactical Group. “According to initial information, the men kidnapped the victim in Arapiraca, early this Tuesday afternoon, releasing her in the city of Junqueiro, also in Alagoas, and taking the victim’s car and belongings. The suspects headed towards Sergipe, at which point the Sergipe police forces were alerted,” the police reported.

“Thus, Civil and Military Police units located in locations close to BR-101, in addition to the Federal Highway Police (PRF), were on standby, until they spotted the vehicle, a Hilux model pickup truck, near the municipality of Rosário do Catete” , continued in the note sent to the press.
