The Technical and Management Assistance (ATeG) of the National Rural Learning Service of Mato Grosso (Senar-MT) met with representatives of Senar Central to develop action plans and establish goals, with reinforcement for quality in service provision, through the “ ATeG Expansion Project”, which is being carried out in all states, with the general objective of increasing Senar’s Technical and Management Assistance actions in Brazil to reach even more producers.

The Project began in 2022 and is already in its second cycle, helping to serve over 17 thousand new producers in Brazil. In 2024, the goal is to increase ATeG services for new producers by at least 30% by the end of the year. The superintendent of Senar Mato Grosso, José Luiz Fidelis, explains that the objective of the Technical and Management Assistance methodology is to serve producers in Mato Grosso, and the idea of expanding the ATeG of Senar Central together with Senar-MT meets the “ country man.”

“We value the quality of services in accordance with the Rural Professional Training actions, already widely consolidated within the scope of our institution in Mato Grosso”, explained Fidelis.

The ATeG manager, Bruno Faria, explained that the meeting brought Senar-MT closer to Senar Central, in relation to the methodologies made available, seeking innovations and also providing innovations to be implemented in other Brazilian states.
