This Thursday, TCE-PR presents an internal harassment prevention program

As a way of celebrating National Ethics Day, the Court of Auditors of the State of Paraná (TCE-PR) will promote, this Thursday (May 2nd), in the morning, the Internal Affairs Day. At the event, the Harassment Prevention Program will be presented and the Code of Ethics for Court Employees, established by Resolution No. 103/23, will be published.
O Internal Affairs Day integrates a national group led by the Rui Barbosa Institute (IRB), with the aim of promoting the improvement of the internal affairs bodies of the 33 Brazilian Audit Courts. With this initiative, the TCS System’s professional training and development body seeks to promote a more ethical, tolerant and inclusive work environment in external control bodies.
In Curitiba, the Internal Affairs Day It will be held from 8:30 am to 12 pm, in the TCE-PR auditorium, with simultaneous, open and free transmission, on the YouTube channel of the Court’s School of Public Management (EGP). The event is aimed at members and employees of the Court.
The program will be opened by the president of TCE-PR, advisor Fernando Guimares; with the participation of counselors Ivan Bonilha, general inspector of the Court and vice-president of Institutional Relations at the IRB, and Augustinho Zucchi. Substitute counselor Livio Sotero Costa will present the Harassment Prevention Program and publish the Code of Ethics for Court Employees. Next, systemic psychologist Denise Arajo will address the topic Knowing, Understanding and Learning to Deal with Harassment.
