A fugitive from Justice from Acre, identified as Daison Avelino Franco, aged 33, was arrested, this Wednesday (27), in the municipality of Pauini, in the interior of Amazonas.
The man was sentenced to 22 years in prison for murder and robbery. The judicial recapture order was decreed by the Sentence Execution Court, of the Court of Justice of the State of Acre.
According to civil police officers, investigations were ongoing in order to locate and arrest the offender who was in Pauini, after escaping from a prison in Rio Branco.
During the investigation, Daison was located and arrested in the Buritizal neighborhood.
He was taken to the 63rd Interactive Police Station (DIP) of Pauini and will be available to the courts. It will also be requested that he be transferred to the state of Acre.
