Chapter 133 – Monday, 04/29/2024
Glauco tells Nina that their relationship is over, but she thinks he is referring to his marriage to Haydée and is overjoyed. Lurdinha does not intend to let Glauco deceive her. Jatobá wants to explain to Feitosa that he never had an affair with Islene, but he refuses to listen to him.
Glauco tells Nina that he wants to end everything with her, but she disagrees, saying that he is disturbed by the latest events and that he needs to rest. Jatobá and Vera leave at the same time to go to each other’s houses, and run into each other.
Flor is devastated to learn that Islene will no longer marry Jatobá. Feitosa is enchanted by Creusa’s modesty. Haydée wants to know if Glauco has a girlfriend; Laerte guarantees that there is no other woman in his friend’s life and that he is just going through a bad phase.
Ramiro doesn’t realize that Jatobá is blind, he thinks he saw him make an illicit transaction with an accomplice, and follows Alex’s instructions to end his life.
Jatobá is beaten by Ramiro and an accomplice, but is saved by a boy, Deco. Carreirinha says that she saw Ellis run away with a pawn, but Neuta says that she just got a ride with the boy and that her daughter-in-law ran away because she couldn’t stand being jealous of Júnior anymore.
Simone says that Ellis left and Kerry thinks she has a chance with Júnior. Tião watches Bandido and tries to understand when he is going to meet Acácio. Glauco assures Lurdinha that he is no longer involved with anyone and she arranges a meeting.
Sol doesn’t have the courage to tell Ed that he has problems with the US police. Helô packs his bags, but Neto still doesn’t know if he’s going back to Brazil or not.
Dinho tells Tião that Geninho is working for Laerte. Helinho comments to Nina that Glauco may have a new girlfriend, and she is distressed. Ju sees Rique sneak out of the school and get into Bill’s car.
