The singer Ivete Sangalo is processed by a judge of Santa Catarina because of a post about the trial of the case Mariana Ferrer.
The magistrate wants compensation of 15,000 reais. The case had been archived, but was reopened and the Court is trying to notify the parties.
The singer, alongside a multitude of artists, was involved in the campaign that criticized Mariana’s trial, held in 2020. The judge was not happy and took action against Ivete and several other personalities. The shares started to move.
At the beginning of the month, the CNJ demanded explanations from the magistrate for the judicial crusade against celebrities. The fight continues.
