TJ-MT Competition 2024 – Notary Offices

A new notice has been released. The public tender for the Court of Justice of the State of Mato Grosso (TJ-MT)which seeks to select candidates for the Delegation of Notarial and/or Registration Activities, by appointment or removal, in the state’s Extrajudicial Services.

Requirements

• In the case of a candidate for provision, be a Bachelor of Laws, with a registered diploma, or have completed, for ten years, exercise in notary or registry service, before the first publication of this notice
• In the case of a candidate for removal, the candidate must prove that he or she has already held extrajudicial service in any location in the State of Mato Grosso for more than two years until the first publication of this notice

How to Sign Up

Registration can be made via the email address http://www.cebraspe.org.br/concursos/tj_mt_24_notarios das 10am on June 11th until 6pm on July 10th, 2024.

After registering, candidates must pay the registration fee of R$450.00 by July 12th.

Competition exams

Candidates will be selected through several stages, including:

• Objective selection test, of an eliminatory nature;
• Written and practical test, of an eliminatory and classificatory nature;
• Definitive registration, of an eliminatory nature;
• Psychotechnical examination and sending of neurological and psychiatric reports, of a descriptive nature and mandatory presence;
• Analysis of previous life, of an eliminatory nature;
• Oral test, of an eliminatory and classificatory nature;
• Evaluation of titles, of a classificatory nature.

The first selection phase, consisting of an objective, multiple-choice test, will take place in the city of Cuiabá-MT on the following days:

• August 17, 2024 for provision;
  
• August 18, 2024 for removal.

• Civil right;
• Civil Procedural Law;
• Criminal Law;
• Criminal Procedural Law;
• Commercial law;
• Portuguese language.

The validity period of the competition expires with the investiture of candidates in their delegations.
