Poor Juan

Known for its famous cuts roasted on the parrilla, Pobre Juan has prepared a special menu to celebrate the holiday, which will be available from March 25th to 31st. Starting with a light starter, the house presents the Salmon Carpaccio, accompanied by the secret Pobre Juan sauce and Sicilian zest with cassava chips (R$ 58). As a main dish, the Shrimp and Asparagus Risotto (R$ 178) stands out. And to finish the experience, the irresistible dessert La Mousse na Telha de Chocolate, a very light chocolate mousse finished with semi-sweet and white chocolate shavings, served with tangerine syrup and strawberries (R$ 32). It is possible to order the stages separately, but, to make the experience even better, the customer will receive a glass of Mevi Chardonnay to pair with the starter and main course on the full menu for just R$ 268.

Switching to the Italian roots of Restaurante Piselli, the restaurant’s suggestion for enjoying Good Friday is called Bacallá alla Siciliana, cod loin with potatoes, a selection of sweet grape tomatoes, black olives and capers sautéed in Italian olive oil (R$ 189 ). For Easter Sunday, it’s worth trying the Spumone di cioccolato dessert, a callebaut chocolate mousse and orange jelly with saffron (R$ 49).

At the Brasília Golf Club, home of Fazenda Churrascada, the Easter celebration became even more special with the exclusive partnership with CHURRASCADA DO MAR that will start on the 27th and last until March 31st. The gastronomic experience begins with the dish called Lula à Doré, breaded squid, accompanied by tartar sauce (R$65), followed by a Grilled Tuna Fillet (R$139). In addition, the menu also features the famous English dish Fish and Chips, with fish battered in tempura and fried, accompanied by crispy fries seasoned with nori, tartar sauce and lemon (R$ 79), bringing an international touch to the date.

To entertain the little ones on Easter Sunday, the house also took the opportunity to create a special program with painting themed plaster pieces, painting bunny ears and a rabbit hunt inside the playroom for children aged 4 and over. R$30 for 30 minutes of play and R$70 for unlimited time. There are also family discounts: in the case of two children, the value drops to R$60; three, R$50; and four, R$40.

Cloud Café

And to match the date, there’s nothing better than a sweet treat. And Nube Café created a special Easter menu. Among the options are the classic Red Velvet Egg (600g – R$120), filled with truffled white chocolate and the house’s famous red velvet with mini truffles. And for those who like to deviate from the traditional, there is the Sucrée Egg Tart option, with a layer of sucrée biscuit and two filling options: cream cheese cream with white chocolate and red fruit jelly or chocolate ganache with dulce de leche, covered with a slab of white or semi-sweet chocolate with a handmade themed design (R$120).

Madô Burger

Madô is also prepared for Holy Week. The restaurant, which specializes in artisanal burgers, offers special meatless preparations. For those who love a good burger, there is no need to give up a snack, the store offers the Madô Veggie (R$ 37.90), made with brioche bread, double cheddar, pickles, red onion, lettuce, tomato and of course, the vegetarian burger from Futuro (with triple protein from soy, peas and chickpeas).

The burger can also be sold as a combo, with fries and a drink (R$ 59.70). The restaurant also offers vegetarian side options, such as fries, with a 120g portion (R$ 14.90) and breaded gouda cheese pillows, sold in 10 units (R$ 26.90). Madô is located in the North Hotel Sector and can also be found on delivery apps, such as ifood and the store app.
