How to make payment?

No queues, no cancellations, enjoying the trip and with a discount, the free flow can be paid in four ways:

  1. Tag: previously stuck to the windshield, the amount is automatically invoiced, without the need to worry about other payment methods. Several companies and financial institutions sell the tag through your websites and applications. The customer is the one who chooses which tag fits more into your routine.
  2. “CSG” application FreeFlow”: downloaded for free from Play Store or the Apple Store, the application is easy and simple to use. But be careful, when downloading it is important to check if there are already open tickets, pay them and from the date of registration start controlling future statements. After registering, the customer can pay the amount after passing through the gate, checking their ticket statement, or enter credits before traveling, so that the debit occurs automatically. Credit/payment can be made by PIX or credit card, and the fare statement is available within 48 hours of passing through the gate. If the prepaid amount is not used, it is possible to recover the balance through the application itself. Credits do not expire. To obtain a discount on rates, you must register in advance.
  3. site www.freeflow.csg.com.br: also free of charge, has similar uses to the application. To obtain a discount on rates, you must register in advance.
  4. Totem on customer service bases: in person, it is possible to make payment by PIX or by credit and debit cards, through digital totems at the bases located in Ipê (ERS-122, km 151.8); Flores da Cunha (ERS-122, km 99.5); Farroupilha (ERS-453, km 118.6); Bom Princípio (ERS-122, km 36.1) and Capela de Santana (ERS-240, km 24.8). Easy to use, just tap the screen and then choose “Payment Free Flow”, Enter the vehicle’s license plate, click on “Search debts” and select the payment method. There is no discount here and no registration required. Due to the modality, the customer also does not have access to the ticket statement.

Discount on rates

Any vehicle (light or heavy), including motorcycle, previously registered in the “CSG” application FreeFlow”, on the website or using a valid tag will have a 5% reduction in the fare, regardless of the frequency on the route. The progressive discount, which reaches up to 20%, is given to passenger vehicles and motorcycles, that pass through the same gateway, in the same direction in the same month. The discount is valid when paid within 15 days and is not cumulative from one month to another.

I forgot to pay, what happens?

If the fare amount is not paid within 15 days after passing through the system, the vehicle owner loses the right to the discounts he has already purchased and will receive a traffic ticket for non-payment of toll, considered serious infraction. The penalty entails the payment of R$195.23 to the State Department of Traffic (Detran) of the State Government, in addition to five points on the National Driving License (CNH).
