The creation of a reserve register is used for calls as required by the administration within the validity period of the event. The registration deadline is April 25th through Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV.
The competition will also reserve 5% of opportunities for candidates with disabilities, 20% for black candidates (black or mixed race) and 3% for indigenous people.
TJ-SC Notice 2024: Positions
Interested parties may apply for the following positions offered:

| Assistant Judicial Technician | Cr | Only requires a completed high school course. |
The salary will be BRL 5,515.07 for mid-level and R$ 9,493.61 for positions that require higher education. In addition to salary, employees receive the following benefits:
- Food Allowance: R$ 2,145.00;
- Daycare allowance: R$896.61;
- Medical and Dental Assistance (depending on age): from R$370.00 to R$630.00;
- Social Medical Assistance: R$ 1,072.50.
TJ-SC Notice: Registration
Registration for the competition must be made from 4pm on March 27th until 4pm on April 25th, 2024, exclusively via the internet, through the electronic address https://conhecimento.fgv.br/. The registration fee is set at R$90.00 and must be paid by April 26th.
When registering, the candidate must proceed as follows:
- Complete the registration application that will be displayed and then submit it according to the respective instructions;
- Indicate the position and district for assignment, specified in Annex III of the notice;
- Indicate the municipality where the tests will be carried out.
Registration fee exemption
Candidates who fit into the items below can request the application fee:
- are registered in the Single Registry for Social Programs of the Federal Government (CadÚnico)
- Blood Donors
- Bone Marrow Donors
- Breast Milk Donors
- Whose monthly income does not exceed two minimum wages
- Candidates with disabilities
- Candidates called and nominated by the Electoral Court to participate in the electoral election
- Juror candidates who served in the Jury Court
They can request exemption from the registration fee between 4pm on March 27th and 4pm on April 1st, 2024.
TJ-SC exams
The competition will consist of an objective, eliminatory and classificatory test with 90 questions, including:
Administrative Analyst, Social Worker, Civil Engineer and Electrical Engineer
- 24 Portuguese language questions;
- 10 questions on notions of law;
- 06 questions of internal legislation;
- 40 specific knowledge questions.
Legal Analyst, Court Officer and Judicial Technician
- 25 Portuguese language questions;
- 15 questions of domestic legislation;
- 40 specific knowledge questions.
A objective proof will be applied in the cities of Florianópolis, Criciúma, Lages, Joinville, Blumenau, Itajaí, Canoinhas, Chapecó and Joaçaba on June 9, 2024from 9am to 1pm for higher-level positions and from 3pm to 7pm, according to the official Brasília-DF time for the position of Assistant Judicial Technician.
The places to carry out the objective proof will be published the week before the tests on the FGV website.
The competition will be valid for one year, but may be extended for another year and calls will take place within that period, according to the final classification order.
