Edu Guedes reveals millionaire assets; find out how much he has

The chef and presenter Edu Guedes, 49 years old, revealed his wealth in an interview with Leo Dias’ channel. “I have sold 14 million books, nine million magazines, made more than 20 thousand recipes between TV and books in my 30-year career,” he said.

According to him, the monthly revenue of his business exceeds the R$140 million mark. “With everything that happened, I had to evaluate my brand. Between licensing and all this, the brand has a lot of turnover, it has a gross turnover, between different products, greater than R$130 million, R$140 million per month”, he revealed.

“Of course the margin [líquida] is very small compared to [esse valor]”, he explained. “But I work a lot. I had to do this because some things were happening and I have my name, my brand to preserve, an evaluation of this brand was carried out and the brand was valued at R$500 million”.

Guedes has worked on television since 1998, with stints on programs such as ‘Mulheres’, ‘Tudo a Ver’ and ‘Hoje Em Dia’. Today, he presents ‘Top Chef’, on Band.
