Alexandre Malfitani, vice-president of Azul Linhas Aéreas, stated that Embraer appears to be the aircraft manufacturer in the best position to make deliveries without delays this year. The statement was made during an interview last week and was reflected in several Brazilian press outlets, including the Reuters news agency.
As Aviacionline reports, Malfitani highlighted Embraer’s efficiency in relation to other manufacturers in delivering the aircraft within the agreed deadline. He predicts that most of these deliveries should occur from the second half of this year, although the manufacturer, based in São José dos Campos, has already delivered three aircraft in January.
When asked about the aviation market, Malfitani noted that all companies are focused on “maximizing results”. He believes that one can expect a “positive indicator of passenger revenue in the annual comparison” and an increase in the second quarter.
Embraer, a giant in aircraft manufacturing, has stood out in the market, being the preferred choice for several airlines. Malfitani’s optimistic outlook reinforces the company’s reputation as a reliable and efficient leader in the aviation sector, ready to meet airline demand amid the challenging pandemic scenario.
