Guilherme Fontes is back on soap operas in Rebornairing in the nine o’clock slot on Globo, around five years after his most recent workin Orphans of the Earth (2019). The actor will play one of the new characters that did not exist in the original version of the plot, in 1993.
In an interview with the newspaper O Globo, the veteran described how he received the invitation to workon what will play Buba’s father (Gabriela Medeiros)and will meet her again for the first time since her gender transition.

“I wasn’t expecting the invitation, but I found it very interesting. It’s a great pleasure to do this soap opera, especially this character”said Guilherme Fontes, who will form a romantic pair with the actress Malu Galliand spared no praise: “And acting with Malu, who is a great actress… All of this is good.
