Bento makes a bad deal and receives a strong threat

In the next chapters of Renascer, Bento (Marcello Melo Jr.) negotiates the cocoa harvest with Egídio (Vladimir Brichta), José Inocêncio’s (Marcos Palmeira) greatest enemy, is unable to meet the deadline and receives a threat from the villain.

The colonel divided the inheritance that would belong to Maria Santa (Duda Santos) with his children and warned that from then on, each of them would have to earn their own living from their land.

With the exception of João Pedro (Juan Paiva), Bento, Venâncio (Rodrigo Simas) and Augusto (Renan Monteiro) have no idea how to run their farms, counting only on the help of their youngest brother.

Eager to start making a profit, the lawyer negotiates the harvest with Egídio, but when it’s time to deliver the production, he realizes who won’t be able to handle it and ends up being threatened by the colonel who has already paid for part of the production. Know more!

In Renascer, Egídio reacts with fury after Bento’s default

In the next chapters of Renascer, Egídio threatens Bento with death. José Inocêncio’s heir does business with his father’s rival, but as he does not understand anything about cocoa production, he is unable to meet the deadline.

And as he has already received part of the profit from the production in advance, Venâncio’s brother will have to make do with the deal with Dona Patroa’s (Camila Morgado) husband, unless he wants to be killed.

The most self-interested of Santinha’s four children is also the most involved among them. Aiming to get rich without making the slightest effort, José Bento falls into the stupidity of negotiating his harvest with his father’s greatest enemy.

And as he doesn’t understand anything about cocoa production, the lawyer ends up going behind João Pedro, who is the one who has been taking care of his brothers’ lands since the division of assets.

Smart, Egídio soon realizes that José Inocêncio’s son has no idea what he is doing and accepts the deal. So, while Bento works up the courage to tell José Inocêncio about the sale of his harvest, he doesn’t even realize that the deadline is running out and he has no way of fulfilling the agreement.

So, on the day of reporting to Egídio, the lawyer tries to justify himself and breaks his face. Furious, Sandra’s father (Giulia Buscaccio) will not care about excuses and demands the harvest under threats, leaving the playboy terrified.
