Several actresses achieve stardom when starring in Globo soap operas. Most remain in the spotlight, but there are those who follow other paths, far away from television. Priscila Fantin

Priscila Fantin headed the cast of several soap operas, such as Esperança (2002), Alma Gêmea (2005) and Sete Pecados (2007). His last role on the network was in Êta Mundo Bom (2016). After several roles, the actress developed depression and withdrew from the media.

During her time away from TV, she lived for a while in Paris, where she worked as a waitress. She returned to Brazil and returned to the spotlight by winning Dança dos Famosos, last year. The actress is in the cast of Luz, a children’s series on Netflix, and has given motivational speeches across the country.

Fernanda Vasconcellos

Fernanda Vasconcellos debuted in Malhação (2005) and also made Páginas da Vida (2006) and A Vida da Gente (2011), among other plots. The last one was Haja Coração (2016). Afterwards, she was in two Netflix series, 3% and Coisa Mais Linda, among other projects including films and series.

The actress has dedicated herself to motherhood – she is the mother of Romeo, the result of her marriage to Cássio Reis –, but intends to return to active duty. “I can’t stay away from my profession for a long time. I don’t want to, nor can I. I’ve never let anything get in the way of my career,” she told Folha recently.

Milena Toscano

Milena Toscano had several prominent roles on Globo and starred in Araguaia (2011). His last works were at Record, in Escrava Mãe (2016) and O Rico e Lázaro (2017), and at SBT, in As Aventuras de Poliana (2018). She has also dedicated herself to projects as a presenter.

One of these experiences was leading Chá dos Sonhos, broadcast on cable TV by Discovery Home & Health. On social media, she dedicates herself to producing content about one of her passions: cooking. There are several gastronomy posts made by the celebrity on Instagram.

Teresa Seiblitz

Tereza Seiblitz is still recognized today as the gypsy Dara from Explode Coração (1995). She was also in the first version of Renascer (1993), as Joaninha, and played several other characters. On TV, her last role was a participation in Milagres de Jesus (2014), on Record.

The return to video will be in the second season of Justiça, which premieres in April on Globoplay. To the NaTelinharecently, the actress, who has also dedicated herself to studies in recent years, gave details about the conception of the play Carangueja, currently showing in Rio de Janeiro.

Patricia France

Patrícia França was revealed in the miniseries Tereza Batista (1992) and later gained two protagonists, in Renascer (1993) and Sonho Meu (1993). She continued with several jobs, but moved away from TV in the following decades. After Malhação (2014), on Globo, she made Gênesis (2021), on Record.

The veteran’s other most recent projects are far from open TV. She is in the cast of the film Sleeping Princess, which opens soon in theaters, and also participated in the series O Negócio, available on Max.
