The Spanish website 20 minutes reported that the photo posted by the model Joana Sanz on Instagramthis Monday (1/4), in which he appears hand in hand with Daniel Alves, was a request from the player.

The image reinforces the union between the two after the Brazilian’s release from prison in Barcelona. The Spanish press even reported that the model would be in a relationship with a famous singer.

“The model wanted to make it clear that, contrary to everything that has been reported in the last few hours, their relationship is not going through any crisis. She did this through a photograph that she shared on social media and in which she clasps hands with Dani Alves”, publishes the 20 minutes.

“As explained to 20 minutes, the image was shared on Joana’s networks at Alves’ request. These same sources clarify that the Brazilian wanted his wife to support him once again and asked her to post this moment so that there would be no doubt”, added the website.

At the beginning of the case against Daniel Alves, Sanz made public his intention to divorce the former Brazilian national team player, but ended up changing his mind. She sided with him and even testified on his behalf at the trial.

Daniel Alves was sentenced to four and a half years in prison for raping a woman in a nightclub in Barcelona, ​​Spain. He paid bail of 1 million euros (R$5.4 million) and left prison.

Conviction of Daniel Alves

On February 22, Daniel Alves was found guilty of the crime of sexual assault and sentenced to four and a half years in prison, in addition to another five years of supervised release and payment of compensation of 150 thousand euros (R$ 798 thousand, at the rate of time) and the costs of the process.

The Spanish Public Ministry asked the athlete for nine years in prison. The victim’s defense requested the maximum sentence for the crime, 12 years.

Judge Isabel Delgado, responsible for the player’s sentence, also ordered that Daniel Alves stay away from the victim for nine years.
