In this first week, the former player is entitled to two sunbaths of one hour each, in the morning and in the afternoon, but alone, without the company of other inmates. Robinho is entitled to three meals: breakfast, lunch and dinner with fruit. The information is from ‘G1’.
Furthermore, the convict is also receiving visits only from his lawyers, as he cannot receive other people for the first ten days. After this period, Robinho will also be entitled to some other basic items, which can be taken by anyone visiting him. For now, the former defendant only uses a ‘basic kit’ that he received when he arrived at prison.
The former player is calm and carrying out his arrest routine with serenity, say the convict’s lawyers. Robinho revealed to some prison officers that he believes he will be released soon, after some victory for his defense in court.
The former player’s conviction (of nine years) is no longer subject to appeal, as it was handed down in three instances. However, the approval of the penalty for Brazil is still subject to changes.
