Wilma Petrillo raises controversy when she reveals that Gal’s son is dating her ex-mother-in-law

“Fantástico” aired last Sunday (31) brought new developments about the legal case involving the death of singer Gal Costa. In an interview, businesswoman Wilma Petrillo accuses heir Gabriel, 18 years old, of being manipulated by his girlfriend who is 30 years older. This woman would also be the mother of an ex-girlfriend of his, that is, his ex-mother-in-law.

The case drew attention after Gabriel went to court asking for the singer’s body to be exhumed. He claims to want to be sure of the reason that led to his mother’s death. In November 2022, the month of the artist’s death, Wilma Petrillo waived the need to perform an autopsy on Gal’s body. Months later, the death certificate indicated cardiac arrest and cancer.

At the age of 17, Gabriel also signed documents that favored Wilma as inventor of the singer’s assets. Furthermore, the businesswoman went to court to have a stable union between her and Gal recognized. The request was also accepted due to the heir confirming the relationship between Wilma and her mother. However, now, he is asking for the annulment of these documents, pointing out that he was coerced.

“[Ela diz que eram um casal] just for her to be heir with me. So she can get a percentage of the money”, points out Gabriel. The young man also reports that the two fought daily and analyzes that Gal was emotionally manipulated.

On the other hand, Wilma Petrillo alleges that Gabriel is being influenced by his current girlfriend, 30 years older and the mother of an ex-partner of his.

“She wants Gabriel to be the heir and for her to manage his assets,” Petrillo told TV Globo. “I’m not angry with Gabriel for that, because I know it’s not him, it’s this woman.”

In the same report, Gabriel rejected the accusation: “I choose who I want to be with”, he emphasized, refusing to detail his love life. “I opened my eyes myself, then my lawyers helped me and opened my eyes even more. I didn’t need anyone to influence or coerce me.”
