The Department of Education of the State of Ceará (Seduc) publishes the final result of the second public call for the selection and composition of a bank of education professionals to act as Educational Innovation Management Agents (AGI), “Apprentice Teacher” line of action. within the scope of the “Ceará Educa Mais” Program.
The action aims to select education professionals to compose the bank of AGIs, with knowledge in the pedagogical use of educational technologies and methodologies to support school managers and teachers from State Public Schools, in planning and implementing innovative pedagogical practices related to Hybrid Education, encouraging involvement of teachers in the production of teaching-pedagogical material, in the training and continuous development of other teachers, in the publication of their experiences, reflections and in supporting the strengthening of learning.

Open selection of Innovation Management Agents (AGI) to work in the Regional Offices
The Department of Education of the State of Ceará (Seduc) launches the second public call for the selection and composition of a bank of education professionals to act as Educational Innovation Management Agents (AGI), in the “Apprentice Teacher” line of action, within the scope of the “Ceará Educa Mais” Program. Those selected will work in the area covered by the Regional Coordination Offices for Education Development (Crede) and the Superintendence of State Schools of Fortaleza (Sefor). Registration must be made by email, between April 3rd and 14th.
The action aims to select education professionals to form the bank of Educational Innovation Management Agents (AGIs), with knowledge in the pedagogical use of educational technologies and methodologies to support school managers and teachers from state public schools, in the planning and implementation of pedagogical practices innovative solutions related to hybrid education, encouraging the involvement of teachers in the production of teaching-pedagogical material, in the training and continuous development of other teachers, in the publication of their experiences, reflections and in supporting the strengthening of learning.
