Mordomo Digital, a startup supported by the Government of Alagoas through the State Secretariat for Science, Technology and Innovation (Secti) and the Alagoas Research Support Foundation (Fapeal), launches this Friday (10) its updated home management and organization application. The event, which will take place at the Innovation Center of the Jaraguá Technological Center (Cipt) from 6:30 pm, marks a new stage for the company and for those looking for more efficient and fun ways to manage household tasks.

The company was guided by the Mentoring Team Program, helped with the hiring of developers through OxeTech Work, allowing improvements to the product to be made, and awarded at the 2023 Trakto Show as one of the highlights of the year, due to the level of maturity, business model , potential for innovation and engagement.

According to CEO Morgana Moraes, the application was created with the aim of serving as a simplified tool for schedules and domestic routines, meeting the demands of the entire country, especially women.

“IBGE data reveals that more than 80 million Brazilian women carry out household organization tasks, seeking to have time and willingness to also take care of themselves, rest, and have a social life. Therefore, seeking to solve the difficulties of balancing double or even triple shifts, between professional work and domestic tasks, we developed this application, now updated, in an accessible and inexpensive way”, highlighted Morgana.

The application updates were made based on customer feedback, making the interface more intuitive and providing broader possibilities for adjusting and personalizing action plans for different types of users (individuals, families, day laborers, etc.) and their needs. It can generate alerts about maintenance and cleaning of equipment (such as air conditioning), periodic pest control, among others, in addition to giving suggestions for small tasks that tend to be forgotten, such as turning mattresses, ventilating environments, cleaning curtains and cushions .

The application should also offer a “gamification” feature, making carrying out activities more engaging with “rewards” upon completion of shareable checklists, as well as educational videos and tutorials on how to clean each room in the house correctly.

New users will be given seven days of free use of the application to adapt to the new features.
