Informe Manaus – TRT 11 will travel in the municipalities of Amazonas and Roraima in May

The Labor Courts of Eirunepé, Itacoatiara, Lábrea, Manacapuru, Parintins, Tabatinga, Tefé and Boa Vista- RR will receive assistance from the Itinerant Labor Court during the month of May.

During this period, labor complaints will be taken, court orders and notifications will be complied with. Furthermore, will be provided information and guidance on the rights and duties of employers and employees, as well as clarifications on the progress of processes.

The itinerant Labor Court aims to provide judicial assistance to cities that do not have Labor Courts, facilitating workers’ access to legal instruments to claim their rights.

The population can use the service to make labor complaints involving annotation of the work and social security card (CTPS), termination of an employment contract, unpaid wages, advance notice, vacations, additional overtime and unemployment insurance, for example.

Necessary documents

To be assisted by the Itinerant Labor Court, it is not mandatory to be accompanied by a lawyer. Simply go to the complaint location and present an identification document such as your work card, identity card and CPF (original and copy), as well as take the data of the complainant (name, company address) and the related documentation what you are complaining about.

1st Labor Court of Boa Vista RR – Rorainópolis, in the period 5 to 11-05-2024 and São Luiz do Anauá – period 19 to 25-05-2024;

2nd Labor Court of Boa Vista RR – municipality of Pacaraima, from 19 to 25-05-2024;
