This Wednesday, 3/27, LIDE Tendências Santa Catarina brought together prominent business leaders at Rooftop Floripa Square for a night of discussions on “Market Environment, Digital Transformation and Business Growth”.

The central theme of the event was inspired by the annual survey conducted by LIDE SC and Economia SC, curated by the consultancy 8R Negócios, which revealed “business growth” as the keyword for 2024 among the state’s main executives.

Delton Batista, president of LIDE SC, highlighted the importance of keeping business growth in constant focus. “The unanimity around ‘business growth’ as ​​a central theme for 2024 reinforces the need to address this issue with the seriousness and depth it deserves,” he stated.

The vertical’s arrival is scheduled for May and will feature a committee of Expansion Heads from the main organizations in Santa Catarina.

Valton Werner Junior, president of LIDE Tendências and CEO of Floripa Square, revealed another remarkable initiative: the edition of LIDE Tendências was the first event at Rooftop Floripa Square to have 100% of its carbon emissions neutralized, reaffirming commitment to the sustainability agenda .

The event was attended by João Paulo Kleinübing, CEO of BRDE, who opened LIDE Tendências with a discussion on the challenges of interiorization and the strategies planned by the institution to promote the development of the extreme south of Brazil, to reduce regional disparities.

Among the panelists, Maria Luisa Lasarim, administrative director of SICOOB Central SC/RS, highlighted the impressive inclusion of more than 70 million Brazilians in the financial system due to the arrival of PIX as a payment method, in addition to important insights about OpenFinance and DREX (Real Digital).

Bruno Watté, general director of NEXPON, emphasized the critical importance of marketing in sustainably attracting customers. “In company discourse, marketing is decisive for the business, but in practice, it is the second biggest reason for failure; and one of the reasons is the poor management of marketing processes”.

The founding partner of O4B Consultoria, Marco Antônio Oliveira, addressed the effectiveness of the Go-to-Market methodology in reaching the target audience efficiently. “When the customer journey and expectations are not clear, return on investment worsens. Go-to-Market brings as a provocation a more systemic vision that addresses strategic positioning, understanding the market and creating effective strategies to access it”, explained the businessman.
