Manaus/AM – Daison Avelino Franco, 33, a fugitive from Justice in Acre, was arrested this Wednesday (27), in Operation Reflexo 2, carried out in the municipality of Pauini.
The man was sentenced to 22 years in prison for murder and robbery, but managed to escape from Rio Branco prison, the capital of Acre.
According to civil police officers, investigations were ongoing in order to locate and arrest Daison after receiving information that he was hiding in Amazonas.
During the investigation, Daison was found and arrested in the Buritizal neighborhood. He was taken to the 63rd DIP and should be returned to the state of Acre.
