The fate of Antenor (Tony Ramos) will be marked by some twists and turns in the last chapters of Tropical paradise (2007). He will discover the existence of at least three children, but will suffer a hard blow with the farcical discovery and tragedy, ending up in the hospital.
In the plot replayed in Vale a Pena Ver de Novo, the businessman tries in every possible way to have a child with Lúcia (Gloria Pires), the woman he considers ideal to produce an heir.
But it will be a very complicated mission. Meanwhile, Antenor will have some surprises in the final stretch of the serial written by Gilberto Braga and Ricardo Linhares.
And, before dying, an unexpected character will discover one of the plot’s biggest secrets in the last chapter – he is the businessman’s heir.
When will Bebel be unmasked in Paraíso Tropical?
The last straw for Antenor and Lúcia’s breakup will be a setup by Olavo (Wagner Moura). The idea of the villain will emerge shortly after Bebel (Camila Pitanga) announces that she is pregnant with his child.
Ready to do anything to get his hands on the rich man’s fortune, Olavo will orchestrate so that, after getting drunk, Antenor spends a night with Bebel. Afterwards, he will send the call girl to say that the baby she is expecting is his.
The businessman will obviously demand a DNA test to prove this and the scoundrel will falsify the result. After yet another disappointment, Lúcia will put an end to the marriage and leave him.
The farce will only come to light in the final chapter, after Paula (Alessandra Negrini) meets the laboratory professional that Olavo paid to exchange the blood samples and discover the whole truth. Thus, she will unmask Bebel.
Is Ivan the son of Antenor in Paraíso Tropical?
In the last chapter, Antenor will also discover the existence of another heir. Before dying, Jáder (Chico Diaz) will reveal to the businessman that Ivan (Bruno Gagliasso) is his son. After joining the dots, he will learn that the boy is the result of a quick romance he had with a waitress in Paraty in the past.
The two, however, won’t have much time together. The rich man will reveal to Ivan that he is his father during a final confrontation that the boy will have with Olavo at Marion’s (Vera Holtz) house, who will claim that he adopted the boy believing that he was the son of a poor man he met in the maternity ward.
After the revelation comes to light, Olavo will say that he always knew everything. In an exchange of fire, he and Ivan will shoot each other and the boy will die in Antenor’s arms.
Lúcia becomes pregnant with Antenor in Paraíso Tropical?
The only one who will truly survive will be the son that the rich man will have with Lúcia. She will discover that she is pregnant with his baby during the time they are apart, but she will be determined not to tell him anything and raise the baby alone, just as she did in the past.
But everything changes after Bebel’s hoax is unmasked. In the last chapter, Lúcia gets back together with Antenor and reveals that she is expecting his child. Thus, the two end up together in a happy ending.
The rerun of Paraíso Tropical will end next week. The replacement will be Alma Gêmea (2005), by Walcyr Carrasco.
