Productivity and purchases
In terms of productivity, for example, it is worth highlighting that Brazilian customers set reminders, alarms and timers more than 2 billion times in the last year, with more than 1 billion Routines executed. On the shopping side, there were 300 million interactions with users searching for products.
Audio and Smart Home Integration
For Audio, people listened to more than 2 billion hours of radio, audiobooks, podcasts and music in 2023. Likewise, customers have more than 17 million smart home devices connected to Alexa, with a total of more than 2 billion times of AI triggering.
Stories to listen to and use of Fire TV
Over the past year, Alexa has told stories more than 6 million times to its customers. As for FireTV, the most searched for voice genres on the Amazon system were cartoons, action and comedy. Likewise, films such as Spider-Man, Fast and Furious and Barbie were highlighted.
In terms of series, it is worth mentioning Grey’s Anatomy, Masterchef and Everybody Hates Chris. In terms of children’s content, the search was used to find Galinha Pintadinha, Bob Esponja and Peppa Pig.
