In addition to being a pilot Formula 1 and musician, Charles Leclerc is investing in a new activity. According to the Italian website Milan Today, Leclerc is planning to open a gelato shop in Milan, the capital of Lombardy. The project is in partnership with Federico Grom and Guido Martinetti, founders of Grom (an Italian gelato company) and Leclerc’s agent, Nicolas Todt. The gelateria will bear the name LEC.
The official announcement is expected in April. For now, further details of the project remain confidential. Such as the location of the headquarters and the address of the store in Milan.
The Ferrari driver himself hinted at this new project, fueling people’s curiosity when he released a press release recently. Check out excerpt:
“A very special project for me: a new and great adventure carried out outside the racing circuit. As a professional athlete, it is essential for me to maintain a healthy lifestyle where my performance is strongly linked to commitment, training and physical preparation.”
“That, however, doesn’t stop me from indulging in some small forbidden pleasure, especially a food that I love. Maybe you’ve already figured out which one,” she wrote.
It is worth remembering that, in addition to his profession as a Formula 1 driver – Leclerc’s main activity -, the Monegasque launched the Dreamers EPthe first of his career, in February.
