Michael Jackson’s youngest son sued his grandmother
Singer’s youngest son Michael Jackson, Bigi – who was called Blanket – decided to take legal action against his paternal grandmother, katherine jackson. According to the People magazine website, the boy is against a decision made by his grandmother involving the assets left by his father.
He filed a lawsuit to prevent his grandmother from using his father’s assets to pay the costs of another legal battle she has. He said that the result of the grandmother’s lawsuit will not benefit the singer’s assets, so there would be no point in using it to pay the expenses.
The grandmother’s lawsuit would be about her being against a catalog sale. Jackson’s children would have accepted the sale, but their grandmother decided to take legal action against it. So Bigi doesn’t want to waste her resources on an appeal. Therefore, he went to court so that the judge can determine a fair amount to be paid and which does not exceed what is essential.
For now, representatives for Bigi and Katherine have not commented on the case. It is worth remembering that Bigi was born in 2002 through surrogacy. In 2015, he decided to change his name from Blanket to Bigi.
