In order to free up parking lots and offer business opportunities to those interested, the State Department of Traffic of Bahia (Detran-BA) is promoting vehicle auctions, including motorcycles, cars, pickup trucks and trucks. The notices can be accessed in the “Auctions” tab on the organization’s official website.

The president of the Auction Committee, Júlia Sanches, emphasized the importance of participants being attentive to the notices available on the Detran-BA website, thus avoiding falling into the traps of fraudulent auctions held by scammers. “Don’t trust any website or any contact,” she warned.

Those interested in participating in the auctions must access the website of the auctioneer responsible for the desired event and register. For notices 10 and 11, the auctioneers are Daniel Garcia Leilões and Nordeste Leilões, respectively.

Among the options available for auction at auctions, there are vehicles such as the FORD/KA SE 1.0 HAC valued at R$5,000, and the VW/GOL 1.0 for R$3,000, both available for viewing in Salvador. In the city of Brumado, those interested can find a Fiat/Uno Mille Fire Flex starting at R$2,000.

The visits, which are important for interested parties to monitor the condition of the vehicles, take place in the five working days preceding the dispute date. The visitation dates in their respective municipalities are from 05/02 to 05/08/2024 for auction nº 10 and from 05/16 to 05/22/2024 for auction nº 11. The addresses are available in the notices.

For more information or questions, interested parties can contact the Auction Committee by calling (71) 3116-2300.
