Delivery of 350 titles to the Cajazeiras de Baixo community will boost agricultural production

The Piauí Land Institute (Interpi) celebrated, this Friday (26), a significant milestone for hundreds of families in the rural community Cajazeiras de Baixo, in the municipalities of Caxingó, Murici dos Portelas and Buriti dos Lopes. The delivery of 350 land titles represents not only the legal guarantee of property, but also a boost for local agricultural production.

With an annual production of up to 350 tons of rice, of which more than 90% is destined for other municipalities and states, families in the region find in agriculture not only an economic activity, but a stable source of income that contributes to the prosperity of the region. community.

Interpi’s general director, Rodrigo Cavalcante, emphasized the importance of this event for the region. “The delivery of these land titles is a crucial step towards guaranteeing the legal security of these families and the sustainable development of local agriculture.
