The Legislative Assembly approved this Wednesday, 8th, a request from deputy Professor Janad Valcari (PL) for the implementation of the “My First Qualification” program. The purpose of the application is to promote partial or full funding for obtaining a National Driving License (CNH) for young people aged between 18 and 21. The proposal includes young people who are currently working and reside in the State of Tocantins. In total, 48 applications were approved.

Other requests from Valcari aim to benefit residents of the city of Palmeirópolis with the renovation of the State Collectorate building and the Agricultural Defense Agency (Adapec) building. The reform of the lighting system and the clearing of the Ponte da Amizade e Integração Nacional de Palmas was also suggested by the deputy.

From deputy Leo Barbosa (Republicans), requests were approved calling for the reactivation of the community security base of the 6th Military Police Battalion, in Palmas, in the Taquari sector and the construction of a multi-sports court at the Regina Siqueira Campos State College, in the municipality of São Valerio.

Deputy Luciano Oliveira (PSD) requests the installation of an agricultural laboratory in Araguaína. Wiston Gomes (PSD) suggests implementing a Hemodialysis Unit in Paraíso do Tocantins.

PCCRs of public servants

Of the approved applications, three request the restructuring of the Positions, Careers and Remuneration Plan (PCCRs) for state public servants. Representative Vanda Monteiro (UB) suggests studies to change art. 19, of Law No. 3,879/2022, which establishes the Position, Career and Subsidy Plan (PCCS) for the State’s criminal police officers and also the amendment to Law No. 2,807/2013 which deals with the PCCR for Environmental Analysis, Inspection and Surveillance professionals from Tocantins. Representative Claudia Lélis (PV) requests changes to the PCCR for public managers in the State. Deputy Professor Júnior Geo (PSDB) suggests that the PCCR for Detran-TO traffic agents be established.

Other parliamentarians who had requests approved were deputies Marcus Marcelo (PL), Jorge Frederico (Republicans), Gipão (PL), Eduardo Mantoan (PSDB), Nilton Franco (Republicans), Eduardo Fortes (PSD), Jair Farias (UB), Valdemar Júnior (Republicans) and Gutierres Torquato (PDT).
