Vacancy and requirement of the TJ AL competition
To enter the career of a judicial technician in the Judiciary area, the candidate must have a diploma of middle level, duly registered at an educational institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC).
It is worth noting that the TJ AL competition still requires a minimum age of 18 years.
What does a judicial technician do in the Judiciary area?
As highlighted in the notice, the person approved for the position of judicial technician will be responsible for various activities in the court, including:
- support activities for units regarding compliance and formalization of procedural acts and respective certifications, preparation of minutes, documents, reports, plans and projects, customer service, provision of information, gathering of documents, downloading and archiving of processes;
- providing assistance in the application and execution of consensual conflict resolution methods established by the judiciary;
- revision; typing; creation, maintenance and consultation of databases;
- checking, printing, transmitting and archiving written works, including through computerized processes;
- scanning of documents with corresponding storage or sending by electronic means; distribution and control of materials;
- responsible for carrying out activities to support mediation, conciliation and other tasks of a medium degree of complexity.
What is the salary of the technician approved in the TJ AL competition?
The person approved in the TJ AL competition will enter with the initials of R$3,006.69, for a 30-hour day. At the end of the career, the value may reach R$11,686.43.
It is important to highlight that, in the remuneration table, there is still an indication of variable installments from 5% (R$150.33) to 10% (R$300.67), in case of participation in commissions, work groups, management and supervision of contracts and auctioneer activity in tenders.
In addition to the initial R$3,000, those approved in the TJ AL competition will also be entitled to several benefitsas:
- food allowance: R$1,232.

Registration for the 20 places in the TJ AL competition is now open and can be done on the Carlos Chagas Foundation (FCC) portal, organizer, until 11:59 pm on May 14th.
To approve the registration, the candidate must pay the fee of R$90.
The deadline for requesting an exemption ended on the 19th.
TJ AL competition will have tests in July
Candidates registered in the TJ AL competition will be evaluated using objective tests.
The stage is scheduled for the day July 14th, in the city of Maceió AL. In the test, candidates must present knowledge in the following areas:
General Knowledge – 30 questions (Weight 1)
- Portuguese Language – 20 questions; It is
- Specific Legislation of the State of Alagoas – ten questions.
Specific Knowledge – 30 questions (Weight 2)
- Basics of Administrative Law – five questions;
- Constitutional notions – five questions;
- Notions of Civil – five questions;
- Notions of Civil Procedure – five questions;
- Understanding Criminal Law – five questions;
- Understanding Criminal Procedural Law – five questions.
Worth from zero to ten points, you will need to obtain grade equal to or greater than six pointsto be approved in broad competition.
For vacancies reserved for People with Disabilities (PwD) and black, quilombola or indigenous people, it will be necessary to obtain grade equal to or greater than 4.80 points.
After approval of the final result, the TJ AL competition will be valid for two years, and may be extended once for the same period, at the discretion of the Court of Justice of Alagoas.
