The federal capital has been excelling in the area of technology, increasingly opening up space for this culture. The Ulysses Guimarães Convention Center will host the Brasilia Game Festival between the 17th and 19th of May. In this second edition, those passionate about games, the nerd, otaku and geek world will find an intense program, with free entry.
In 2023, the festival was a real success, selling out tickets for the 3 days of the event. This year, it reinforces its purpose of being a meeting point for the gamer community in the Central-West, and promises to shake up the square. The program includes gaming and dance championships, cosplayers, illustrious presences and many other new features. BGF continues to be free, with limited registration. Eduardo Lima is one of the organizers and creators of the Brasília Game Festival, and is excited for the festival. “I’m a huge enthusiast of this universe, I’m passionate about games and technology. We had great success in the first edition and now we’re back with new features and we hope to surpass the result of 2023. I’m very excited for the year 2024”, he comments.
